What if I can't make a live session?+

Every class is recorded and shared. You'll also have direct chat access to Larry, so you can ask questions and stay caught up for the next week's class.

Who is this NOT for?+

If you're unsure, on the fence, or just exploring — this probably isn't for you yet, and that's completely fine. This is a high-commitment program for people ready to actually do the work.

Why is the class capped at 30 people?+

Do I need money to invest already?+

We cover low-money-down strategies, seller financing, DSCR loans, hard money, and partnerships in Week 4. Capital helps, but creative financing is part of the curriculum.
